Sometimes you receive the ewallet but don't get an sms notification so to dial *120*277# you need airtime, but you can still dial *130*277# if you don't have airtime to check if the money's there and get the pin.

I have never had this with the exception of the other day when the network was so bad.
Also I dont always have airtime and I still get my smses.

Happens to me a lot,i don't get an SMS but when i check the money's there.
