Because....

Fantastic start to my day...early early early morning " love affair" that is always in the making when in CT.

A regular Gentle man who rocks my boat in oh! ...so many ways.

Off he goes.

Day very productive.

Decide to have quick meal 4.45pm before next appointment

Disaster.

Swipe phone off table....it cracks.

Focus.

No car. Cannot get taxi. Phone dead.

Bicycle....vodacom open till 9pm.

Need to sort shit out ...QUICKLY...I HAVE A 6 30PM AND cannot contact him.

Choice.

Ignore broken phone and all of today's, Wednesday clients and at leisure sort out phone today

Or

Pray to heavens above to sort something BEFORE 6.30pm...get phone working to access messages etc...reschedule all in the hope the Gentleman understands .

Buy new phone...deeeeep digging in pockets.

Issue....cannot transfer any data off old phone due to not switching on.

Panicked....

6.10pm ...hoping for my 6.30pm to contact me.

He does...thank the heavens above.

I send pics. Time stamped etc etc from waterfront explaining to him what has happened. We chat.

Why this long story....


Thank the universe for decent people. He understood.

Rescheduled for this coming Saturday

AND....sent me ewallet to pay for our time not had!!!...plus a little more!!!

How has today Wednesday been?

Fucking awesome...and not meant to be derogatory.
It just is delicious in all its debauchery.

Last night I cycled back as the darkness began to be a little darker than comfortable. Considering I was on a bike with no head protection or reflectors.. all worked out better than expected.
