Is the safer strategy not to first hook clients, and then start raising prices once you have loyal punters thats so addicted to you that they will try to hang on when the fees starts rising?

If you raise rates for loyal punters that might change their loyalty...???

I wont mind paying more if it was an annual rate increase of sorts i guess but a massive jump...maybe would require consideration...

The problem is these girls do have "sugar daddies" or " vip clients" that pay VIP rates so they wont just drop the rates.

You call, they tell you the rate you put the fone down. they ir ViPs call they pay for two or three hours, deal sealed, they dont need your business. As they made equivalent of teo or three bookings for the day.

Dunno if it makes sense.

Agreed Mr Shy! The price they charge determines the how many bookings they're going to get. The average Joe Punter's budget can only afford so much....... Still, their choice.....
