Depending if its a steel or plastic or rubber...everyone is different.
I find the steel ones to hurt a little when times get rough.
So ill say the rubber ones works best.
Plastic tend to rip your condome because of the edges of the ring...dont use that.
Just a personal option.
I accurately liked the cock cage...I know I can lock it up keep the keys with me and take it out when I am ready...
But my time for toys are long gone.

I know you get different once. I had once one that was rubber with vibriting section on top. The same as you get these days at clicks.
Was thinking to get one again but not sure because I read that one lady complain its hurting her. Maybe its like meg said depending which one you got.
