Smells like a self review!

Look i have have some bad experiances at Tiamo but generally i had awesome service with Cleo, Valery, and Valentina.

@stem..agree with you.. its a self review. looks like that the way that they treat they clients with bad service is finally catching up to them. they have to do it this way to try and lie to clients that don't know about they bad service

I found their attitude rather shitty after they wasted my time today.

Saw Raven's profile and made an hour booking for 16h30. I arrived 16h40 and was told by a blonde lady at reception,whom I suspect answers the phone, that Raven only works until 5pm.

She suggested I speak to Raven anyway and led me to the waiting area. Raven showed up and confirmed that she cannot do a booking as she will be leaving soon. She claimed that they (blonde lady I assume) know this and do not know why she confirmed an hour booking with me.

I'm not one to make a scene, I politely thanked Raven and stormed out. The blonde lady was sitting with a gent at reception and didn't even bother to apologise or attempt to remedy the situation. I got the distinct impression that this was done deliberately to get me into the door in the hopes that I would still go with one of the other available ladies.

As good as Raven looked, I'll never attempt to set foot at Ti-amo again.

Took a chance today at Ti Amo despite the adverse forum comment. Receptionist needs to learn to smile. Crap attitude. Asked for a line-up was getting desperate before I saw a pretty girl called Mia last. She was great. I left happy.
