Went to HOE, payed R200 for entrance, apparently you can redeem R100 back when you book an appointment which I never got to do. Got a menu showing who's available and then realized several of the ladies sitting around were available but not for everyone. Sat down and had several drinks, during this time not a single lady ventured to come and talk to us. Got up and left. Should have realized when we called and they asked for our ethnicity. Just a heads up for all non-whites, don't waste your time, there are plenty of other places in PTA where you get treated like a gentlemen.
