This is rocky terrain and if it backfires it can have really bad consequences.

I have some experience in this field.

Start with small talk.

Then start building a personal relationship, but steer clear of sexual innuendos and such.

Once she is comfortable discussing personal issues with you, get more personal, like getting her to discuss her relationship issues with you or revealing secrets to you that she won't to anyone.

Don't make any sexual advances at this stage, but by now you will have an idea if she is open to it or not.

If you feel she is open you can start discussing sexual things with her, but be subtle. Do it in a way that if you offend her that you can brush it off as a joke or such and back away.

By now it should be clear if she is willing or not.
