Seroconversion phase is 2 to 6 weeks after infection, normally accompanied by high fever flue symptoms and atypical body rash. Conventional HIV test will only reveal your true HIV status after 6 weeks, but there are other tests like the P24, HIV PCR and Western Blot which are very sensitive and can reveal tests results in 2 weeks.
Second phase is the latent phase of which the HIV goes through replication can last from 5 to 15 years. Signs are mainly generalised lymphadenopathy( multiple lymph nodes in atypical areas I.e groin, neck and elbow). And musculocutaneous manifestation like skin fungal infections, shingles etc.
