It happens to us. Some gents do not bother to let you know. I had a cancellation this morning, but he was respectful enough to inform me he had to cancel.

Happened to me last week. The lady did not pitch at the airport on our flight to durban.

The unfortunate result of planning in advance.
Things don't always go according to plan, and for me personally, Murphy makes sure it doesn't so I book when I'm ready and no time to cancel
