Now if I were to visit a girl and discover its was a guy, I would need some serious counselling afterwards.

Afraid not...You will find it very difficult to notice anything from just the pictures.Some of the "ladies"are so damn beautiful, you get an instant boner, from just the pictures only.
In my early days of punting ,Asians used to be my SP of choice....Until that traumatic day...but damn, "she"..the post-op..was so beautiful.

Now, unfortunately, I give them a wide berth...**SIGH**

As Dublin says height is the first give away as 99% asian girls are very petite about 1.55 ,feet size and hands are also a give away , adams apple can be shaved down so not a a clear indicator , having been in Thailand over 10 times it becomes easier to spot but even i have been fooled by a Post op in Thailand on my early visits.
