Anyone knows why there are only 15 girls advertised in Umhlanga?

Iam in umhlanga now hun and it shows like ESA is not popular this side like it is in Jo'burg.

Umhlanga is dodgey. Lots of scammers. Will keep you for a short time charge for an hour, Use scams like bait and switch etc. You will find them on other sites for sure and alot of them! But dont waste your time. Other sites dont have an active forum like this. The ones that advertise here that have solid reviews are the ones you should generally stick to.
