I actually prefer to not to have regulars. Scare the hell out if me that I might get to attach to them. Just my own insecurity.
So for me a second visit to the same lady is a big step. In my 3 years on ESA, only one lady I visited more than twice, and about 6 ladies I visited twice.

Both. Stick with the regular and at the same time try a new lady every 3/4th punt. Regulars fade away for a variety of reasons so be prepared to replace them from time to time.
Regulars stared off as a new punt so the next new punt could well turn into a new reguar.

When I find what I am looking for, I tend to stay with the girl.
It is a personal choice. Been to a few girls, but if there is a spark there's a flame and that is where I stay!
