If Meg and Ms Paige can imagine themselves in street corners with placards begging as a second income. Then I may as well find myself a second job as a manikin on display.
I tell you those manikins get rich by a blink of an eye. Shoppers admiring the dressed up or nude statues being spoiled with all kinds of fabric, I wouldn't mind being a live one. If stares of admiration paid, hiking my fees wouldn't even be my second thought in these brain cells. Nevermind talking about cutting costs, no need for brainwashing. The economy and my expenses wouldn't be an issue until I'm worn out, used up and thrown out with broken ligaments or a bashed head.
Point of this is that we work just as much as any other person whether it is on the receiving or giving end. When many people suffer we all suffer. From one hand to another like a circle, one ring broken, the chain suffers. Though we don't or never want to admit it, we do need each other to survive, after all this is life. Honestly, do we not all work hard, in being productive and taking responsibility? Yes not many of us can think out of the box but as long as we are still here, we get up everyday, lift our heads up high, stretch our feeble arms and start afresh. I don't like giving up so I have to be patient but to pretend, of all things, that would kill me to the core.
