Basically cost is not an factor because it ends up significantly far more expensive. If one wants FH they should call a FH SP.
Why guys do that is because (I think) they want to hook up with an SP whom they think does not FH everytime - its clearly an ego boost thing because they assume because they can pay "she will oblige" if the wallet is fat enough.
... the kick comes from extending the list of collectibles in "difficult one" trophies cabinet!
