Some women place a value on their abilities far below what the normal is. Maybe a lack of confidence or knowledge of the industry may play a part.

One again.... The topic that stood the test of time..... How much does a lady think is fair, that a man is willing to pay .... This will still be debated long after our ashes have disintegrated, hehe
