Yeah same here, no payment goes through. It's always the process that fails.

To the parties that have noted they are experiencing difficulties, kindly note that we are analysing your transactions on a case by case basis as I write this.

The moment I have feedback I will post on this thread.

Hi Guys

I started looking at each transaction but they all come back with the same "Exception Occurred" error.

We managed to get hold of our credit card gateway provider a few moments ago (their phones are quite busy). We were told that their dedicated leased line to the banks is dropping packets and this is causing all sorts of errors. They've already logged a fault at Telkom yesterday when this all started.

As we are relying on a third party gateway, and they themselves are relying on Telkom, they can unfortunately not give us a time frame as to when this will be fixed.

In the meantime we can only suggest to use EFT/Bank payments. We'll ask all office staff to prioritise the processing of these payments.
