We managed to get hold of our credit card gateway provider a few moments ago (their phones are quite busy). We were told that their dedicated leased line to the banks is dropping packets and this is causing all sorts of errors. They've already logged a fault at Telkom yesterday when this all started.
As we are relying on a third party gateway, and they themselves are relying on Telkom, they can unfortunately not give us a time frame as to when this will be fixed.
In the meantime we can only suggest to use EFT/Bank payments. We'll ask all office staff to prioritise the processing of these payments.
