An advertiser passively seduces all her clients through her profile. So when a punter calls and therafter arrives at you office, the passive seduction needs to switch to active seduction.

When you are visiting a lady for the first time, try to already setting the mood through the intro Q&A part. Having to answer a bunch of questions, and then all of a sudden its game-time, throughs me off the rails a bit.

Use previous visits as a pretext for the following ones, to continue the seduction from the previous visit. I guess that's difficult if a visit wasn't memorable.

I'm not PunterDelux, but I would suggest calling him sir or mister as one would with any professional communication.
You may also ask what he would prefer you to call him.
When I call, the first thing I do is introduce myself, but then some ladies would still call me babe or honey:-)
