To clear up a misconception that gold membership includes forum use.

The forum is a free service it will always be and has always been. Its use is a privilege afforded to you by the owners of ESA. We own the forum we pay for the bandwidth we pay the individuals who monitor it, we receive no donations or any financial assistance from any party to operate this forum.

The forum is intended as a peer review community for the adult entertainment industry. When used with respect, decency and in good faith and with dignity towards those being discussed, it can be a phenomenally useful resource to those who will use it as such.

Obviously, it attracts a number of malicious, mean-spirited and nasty individuals. For reasons unknown invariably ending up having an axe to grind with us and random others.

All the above withstanding we reserve the right to remove any person from using the forum for any reason and this includes reasons that may be considered as unfair to the removed party. In the history of the forums' existence, which has been a long 17 years, not a single party removed from the forum has deemed his/her removal as justified. All those removed claim to be victims of nasty, horrible ESA management that has nothing better to do with their time than to victimise the "innocent".

NOTE, obviously we have no time, energy or inclination to victimise anyone for any reason. We would rather focus our time and energy on bringing new features to the advertisers and punters who use this website.

If we deem you to be a disruptive force, you will be removed without notice or explanation. Your removal will be unilateral and not open to debate.
