ANNOUNCEMENT!!!!
We have communicated the following policy via WhatsApp via email via SMS via PM and telephonically.
Due to widespread complaints from advertisers that non-advertisers are being promoted, we have decided to strictly monitor non-active advertising promotion.
Kindly note that use of the forum is a privilege and not a right.
Advertisers may only use the forum to promote themselves or parties who have active profiles at the moment of promotion.
Those who use semantics to circumvent this rule will regrettably have their forum privileges revoked.
Yes, we are aware that this was allowed in the past but going forward it is no longer allowed.
If anything is unclear please contact me and I will further explain it.

Just to clarify something here, what is the situation regarding ladies that are "banned" for a month. Are we allow to promote them or not.

They have an active ad, they are just banned from posting.
The issue as I see it is things like 'come and join my friend and I for a double', meanwhile friend doesn't have an ad. Or using a punter to start a thread when the promoted lady hasn't got an ad. I don't think it affects ladies banned from posting for a month.
