To me, personally, I do not appreciate a review that has too much intimate details.

What happens in the room, between a client and me, stays in the room. When I am with a regular, there is a certain trust built up between us.

What I do with one client, I may not do to the next. As everyone is different. I may not kiss everyone, but when there is sexual chemistry, who knows what may happen.

If a review is made with a lot of explicit details, every Tom, Dick and Harry will want the same.

I always give my best for each and every client, because a happy and fully satisfied client, will always come back for more.

I also prefer not too much detail, I understand the review system is there to guide clients.

However a lot of factors plays a role here, for example hygiene

You may not offer certain services to certain clients, now it gets exposed on the reviews and every client expects it.

State your review without mentioning in depth details, when clients see the review and are intrigued, give the lady a call and state what you want and what is on offer and what not

I offer more to certain clients that I don't openly list as services to everyone because it's my choice and I don't want to offer those things to all and sundry. So I do agree with Joy and Ziske.

Not sure why you complain about wuality of reviews. You are hardly doing sny reviews yourself. Just as you that want to use reviews to make an informed decision so does most other punters

Maybe you should also do reviews (11 in 9 years) before you start complaining.

It makes plenty sense, especially when there have been cases of favors for great reviews, never mind the 'one poster' reviews. The man has a point and it's unfortunately how the cookie crumbles. That being said there are ladies who give consistently great service and some reviewers are spot on. The one thing I get out of reviews are whether the place is dodgy, the lady in question is dodgy (drugs, crazy pimp etc) or their response to a negative review. I normally read the will return: 'no' reviews and rarely read the 'yes' ones. Personally I will only post negative review to warn other punters of physical dangers and skulduggery thankfully I haven't had bad experiences. Other than that chemistry will always be confined to how you and the lady interact not how she interacted with a previous client. If you didn't click as well as she did with the reviewer its not the end of the world.

Why would you go and search for someone's review history?

Well, perhaps I don't get it because I've never exchanged a good review for a better or free/discounted service. My clients get equal treatment across the board. The only thing that differs is the kind of intimate session or chemistry etc.

And those that do review me don't get favours or anything more.

This has nothing to do with reviews btw, it just depends on comfort levels and chemistry. But I deliver on all the services I list or I agree to with all clients unless it becomes physically impossible in rare cases.
