Offer for PTA ladies

I'm looking for a Working Girl or open minded Massage girl to visit once a week on a regular basis. I'm offering R2800 p/m and will supplement with an odd gift :)
Criteria:
1. Meetings will be on a set day of week in the evening, around 7 or 8 pm, but day and time can be negotiated.
2. WG/MG must be in the PTA area
3. Meetings will be for more a less an hour, but be a bit flexible.
4. Initially will pay in cash per visit, but if trust is built will pay an honest girl monthly in advance via EFT or cash on the first visit of each month.
5. WG/MG must do a good GFE with (owo). Everything else must always be protected.
6. Be Open-minded, fun, playful
7. Unless someone needs to go to hospital or dies, meetings will be kept or shifted well advance or its a deal breaker.
8. No Drama. This breaks all deals.
I'm late thirties, clean and respectful.
