There's something particularly alluring about a woman in smart office clothes: tight skirt not too short with a subtle slit or two, or pants are also nice, filmy satin or silky blouse undone at the top (of course) under a jacket. Scarf maybe, like an air hostie, or a tie even. Maybe a hat?- perhaps a jaunty beret or something 20s.
