Hey all
Does anyone have an issue trying to playback the videos on the site? Some work and some don't, via my pc or phone.

I am also experiencing similar problems when trying to play a video, basically the playback symbol appears with a line across it.

Same here. From my android phone - click play and nothing happens

It is most probably the flash player being used. Support on it via Chrome was discontinued quite some time ago. So all recorded chats aren't working.
