Change you FB settings and your partners immediately. Restrict access from anyone that isn't friends with you. Or alternatively delete your profile for now. Never ever pay any money!

Not all numbers are FICA registered... I bought my Vodacom SIM card at a ........ shop for R30... already FICA... I don't want people to know my identity...

And you need a police case reference number and/or court order before the Telco will provide FICA details or trace the person.
I know some of the guys at our Telcos but they mostly reluctant to do this as a favour.
