I tend to agree. I think many were already ripe for the picking by the dealers.I have never had a Nigerian offer me free drugs, as so many claim happened to them, neither have any of my friends. Partly because we don't move in those circles. By that I mean we don't keep company with users or frequent places where using is acceptable and the norm. I put it down to the fact that the dealers know who is already using or on the fringe of that life style and easy to manipulate.
I have to add that I do not doubt that there are situations where women were forced to use and become enslaved and entrapped that way.
