It's a place on church street, PTA. Arcadia actually and not Sunnyside. At this time of the morning there are a couple of oldish(33-49) Zim women outside the place. It's a tavern during the day and into the night. Rooms upstairs. Service must be dirt cheap there[under 100 bucks a quickie].
Expect no GFE or unrushed time. Unless you really hit it off with someone there.

I've been there 3 times. Never at night. Twice alone. Once punting. My punt was horrible.

TIPS
don't go alone. don't carry valuables upstairs. don't be to flashy with your possessions. You should be safe. Lots of hustlers there but they just there to rest and maybe chow some cake, so unless you pour your beer over their head you should be irie.
