I would like to know whats the lady's take on this when guys phone and try to get info...Area availability...do's and dont's pricing...but don't make the booking on the call what do you see it as?

I do not expect every single person who inquires, to book immediately. I understand that people sometimes inquire to ascertain if I offer what he is looking for OR he inquires for a future date - there is nothing wrong with it.
So using your definitions, I'd call the person a prospective "taker" with a current status of "browser".

Some will book, some won't. But Most of us know immediately whether a guy's just phoning for phoning's sake. My wanker radar is extremely accurate. 2 guys can ask the exact same questions but I know who is going to make an appointment and show up.

I totally agree... but sometimes my 6th sense let me down... unfortunately there's guys that love to play games... it happened that I gave them my address, claiming he is 10 min away and then never pitch... then again... there's always a reason for it...
