I agree with nawtyguy, would rather stick to a regular that works alone. There is a front page article in the Cape Argus today regarding brothels in Cape Town suburbs. One in Milnerton got bust.

Actually I'm in favor of decriminalization.
But yes, the experience in Germany was that not much changed fundamentally.
I support decriminalization on the fundamental ground that a law that is not enforced properly is worse then no law at all. Tolerating (illegal) prostitution is pointless. Drop the law.

Things to come ...
... yesterday they raided 100 Clubs in Germany. Reason: Tax evasion.
Actually the girls were not hassled, nor were the customers. Still the clubs have to keep books on their part and pay taxes properly. The clubs also have make down payment (daily fixed amount) per girl to social insurance. Thats a compromise as the girls otherwise do not pay taxes.

seems obvious to me that the oldest profession will always be with us?
seems also that many men and women are socially disgraced by partaking in what is a basic fundamental action.
some men prefer to pay for their pleasures rather than have a relationship.
some cannot start a relationship for various reasons and some cannot sustain the partnership so required.
therefore if the law of prohibition of paid sex was 100% adhered to then the above sectors would be deprived of the indulgence.
the effects on males of testosterone flowing unreleased causes sexual frustration. the possible consequences for vulnerable females is then obvious to any educated person?
surely the discrete and controlled legalisation would be preferable?
tucked away from the mainstream, controlled from illegal groups and subject to the fiscal, social and criminal laws necessarily conformed to by normal business is preferable?
the demand is undeniable. prohibition of alcohol had disasterous and long term effects in the states in the early 20th century? the mafia are still active to this day.
logical?
