Let's say optimistically 1 in 3 punters review, if a lady has 50 reviews in a month, that works out to 5 clients a day in a 30 day month. Interesting.

Dont read too much into reviews. You get the really over-rated one there and well truth is there are some great ladies on the site who really dont care about the reviews or dont feature everyweek on top yet are totally awesome to be with.
Once had a lady offer extras for a review and I.ve heard rumors of same offering to pay for Gold memberships for ratings. So yeah bottom line dont read too much into it though it sucks as it can be a good guideline once to siff out the crap

All of your stats are questionable:

Only a small percentage of punters are active forum participants and of those, for one reason or the other, not all do reviews.So 1 in 3 is way too optimistic.

50 reviews in a month?? I have yet to see that. Even the number one rated Vanilla whose rise to the top has been phenomenal does not get anywhere close to that.

5 punters per day for 30 days?? That will require a super woman of sorts.

In my opinion it is physically and mentally impossible for a single lady to provide EXCELLENT service to that many guys

The emphasis being on excellent service because her service would have to be of a high standard to get in any where near those numbers.

Which then brings in the time factor - she would need time between bookings to refresh and recover in order to continue giving of her.

I have yet to to meet somebody in any line of work who can work flat out, giving of their best for 30 days in row without a break.

The more you think it about the more those numbers dont seem plausible.

Not to mention that many people can (and do) review many months after the fact. The assumptions behind your "stats" are just way off I'm afraid.
