It is a relief to know the truth after all those conflicting medical facts.

The Japanese eat very little fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than the British and Americans.
The French eat a lot of fat and also suffer fewer heart attacks than the British and Americans.
The Japanese drink very little red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks than the British and Americans
The Italians drink excessive amounts of red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks than the British and Americans.
The Germans drink lots of beer, eat lots of sausages and fats, and suffer fewer heart attacks than the British and Americans.
Conclusions: Eat and drink what you like. Speaking English is apparently what kills you.

In my opinion the consumption of alcohol is not conducive to good health in the longer term.
Its effects in old age are deleterious.
Dementia and Alzheimer's.

It's a platform to share information and then make decisions for yourself
