"Public" fun.

I know this subject has come up before - sexy encounters in public places.
I am parked in the parking lot of a small shopping centre (not a mall - more a suburban setting) in the Kempton Park area.
The parking is next to the boundary fence, under trees in the shade, and fairly quiet, although there are vehicles pulling in and out all the time.
I was thinking how nice it would be to have a bit of 'fun' in such a setting?
FH will be very difficult, but a nice slow BJ would be awesome.
Afterwards a nice wimpy milkshake complete with mini marshmallows and sprinkles haha.
Could arrange it for Thursday if any ladies in kempton area would be interested?
