Indeed and if you do not use a separate cellphone for punting, there is also always the risk of potential blackmail and/or unsolicited communication, which can destroy your marriage/relationship.

Just look at the Star classifieds today. it used to be a full page and a half of 'adult entertainment' ads, now is there any? a handful maybe.
There was always the problem with the newspaper ads of misrepresentation!! but you also find it with internet sites were the face is obscured - you can be quite surprised when you eventually arrive at the ladies location.
Maybe it's just nostalgia but I met some lovely ladies through the papers. (also the fact that I fucking hate smartphones!!)

The excitement of physically going to the (usually downtown) escort agencies or then night clubs is removed.
So is the long wait after making the call to have an escort with unknown looks delivered to a hotel room is taken away by the internet.

those old days were like a pot luck punt. No idea what was waiting or service levels etc. Some legendary houses though back in the day with ads in the star n citizen. Then some clear misses too. Damn being this waaay too long
