Wrists when peel

So tonight peeled over 20 oranges for the blender to counter with some gold old Vita C to last a few days.. How much peeling done (not piel) lol....and yet the wrists are strong...indeed...lasted 20 oranges peeled in spirals :D mmmm maybe too much Mrs Palm and 5 daughters lately :D
