That right there is a really crappy attitude. This is a very intimate business and there are a lot of choices. It is natural to ask questions. If the client doesn't like some of the answers do you think he's obliged to book you because you spent 3 minutes answering questions? Would you rather he made an appointment, showed up and then walked out because he didn't like what was on offer? Do you honestly think that a call should just be about price?
