My 2009 visit there, well, my only 'booking' been at a redlights in Denhaag. Been exciting and all, window shopping till my little one stood up to inform me the blond is the one. Just a blow and quicky, but paid 25 euro for an extremely sexy lady. Bargain!
Amterdam redlights been 50 euro back then, but there are a huge number of tourist around that bullies the getting 'turned on' process.

Yeah Dawie, Moscow and St Petersburg is getting expensive, what you say about $$ is largely true, but not universally so.

It is not too difficult to pick up non-WG girls for fun. Russians have a natural curiosity about foreigners. One nuisance is that some males will want to get pissed with you. With the girls, just be careful of Boris or Yuriy lurking in the background as part of some scam.

In Kiev and other large Ukrainian cities it's even easier to pick up ordinary girls, but there are also many more scams running with the husbands, boyfriends or family in on it. I believe it's because they have much lower income than in Russia due to the devastation in the economy.

I've punted in about a dozen countries. It really depends on what kind of punts you want and what your budget would be. My personal favorites was:

1. Prague, Czech republic. Many people here mentioned clubs like showpark etc. Showpark is great value for money but the other are a terrible ripoff. VERY expensive. That said, the girls are unbelievably beautiful. But even in showpark (which is dirt cheap compared to the rest) you can expect to pay 80 euros or so for 20 minutes. The REAL value in prague is to use their sex map :D Go to http://mapy.sex.cz/?lng=2 It has every private WG in prague listed, you can even see photos and price. Most don't even mind if you simply knock on the door to have a look first. If you venture away from the worst tourist spots you get great value punts.

2. Germany. Either Frankfurt (the so called bahnhofsviertel around the main trainstation, or Hamburg. The punting in Germany is unbelievably good value. I've had amazing punts for as little as 20 euros (during daytime in the week when business is slow). Many clubs have a fixed rate of about 50 euros for a single punt (some really hot honeys) and for about 100 euros you can get unlimited punting for a whole day (not very good looking girls though)

3. Netherlands, but not Amsterdam. Amsterdam is a tourist trap and very expensive. In many of the smaller towns you get really hot eastern european girls giving amazing service for about 70-80 euros a punt.

4. Austria. Austria have some of the most interesting options for me. You get these walk-in little sex clubs where you pay 20-30 euros and then go into a little cubicle that is on a raised walkway. You lean on a counter and watch pornos while a girl comes in undoes your pants and gives you a blow job. You can even order a beer to have whilst she sucks your cock. AMAZING experience. They also have peepshow clubs where you watch super hot girls strip and masturbate as long as you feed in coins. The girls change every 5 minutes or so. If you want one of them you go to a private room and order the girl of your choice of a computer menu. When you agree on a price and service (50-60 euros gets OWO and a punt) you pay for the room by throwing coins into a slot for x number of minutes.
