I carry my own everything. Shower gel, lotion, massage oil, face cloth, towel, condoms even carry lube (that's since the day I saw a wg trying to lubricate herself with glycerin). If she whips out those government stinking free issue, I whips out my real feel Durex condoms.

I normally take a pack of Durex Featherlite , never had a problem with them.
Female condoms can be great fun but better used with a regular that you can be open with about how to use them.
They need to be inserted 30 mins before the action to allow them time to warm up and adhere to the interior of the vag or anal walls .
I have a regular fuck buddy , not WG that allows me to hot swop between the two holes no problem as there are no bodily fluids transferred to infect her vag from the anus
She really gets off on that dirty action without it actually being dirty .
I have had a similar great experience with an WG that has left the industry As I say Regular set up can make this work
