Well what a year 2013 was and I am sure there are not many of us that are going to miss it. That said though we had a lot of support through tough times and cannot thank you all enough.

In December we ran a test on rates, a way of seeing how much it makes a difference if we dropped the price. The underlying comment of the year was that it was tough out there.

Now after compiling the figures and realising I will not be retiring anytime soon, I have also seen that while we did not go up because of extra stock and costs we also amazingly did not go down. Now in business sometimes you have to take a risk and that is exactly what I am doing here.

Goodwill can sometimes go a hell of a long way further than a couple of extra bucks and since it seems that overall the pricing can sustain itself we have decided unanimously that the R50 off will remain in full effective for the immediate future.

I cannot promise that an increase will never happen again but I can say for as long as I get the support in numbers then the pricing will remain as follows:

1. 30 min – R300
2. 45 min – R400
3. 60 min – R500
4. 90 min – R650

Further to that we will keep the Tuesday special at R200 on one condition, the special is strictly cash only. I cannot on such a low margin afford to also take the knock of the credit card machine. I think that is fair in the greater scheme of things.

So I hope that this will help a little and be seen as our way of listening to what our customers tell us.
