Looking for any recommendations for escort clubs or independents in Tokyo..

What im finding on the net are all about ¥35,000 per 2hrs... which equates to roughly R3,700 ..

English seems to be a major problem around here so someplace where even a little English is spoken will be great.

I believe there are many places around the Shinjuku area but I definitely dont wanna end up in a shady place and get my ass robbed!

You are correct about Shinjuku.
Shibuya is also a great place to look.

There are "Love Hotels" which charge around 6000 yen for 2 hours. Rooms vary from simple to ones with rotating beds and S&M gear. WG are usually found in an around these hotels.
Prices of WG vary from 6000 yen to astonomical rates. You can bargain with the pimps.
Love hotels are very clearly signposted. The entire experience is very different but interesting.
I have not had any real encounters with shady characters. Everything was above board.
Shibuya is probably a more classy area.
