Thus the shemale has to have feminine features or else it's extremely off putting... yes we know it's make up nails wig blah blah blah but hey we living a fantasy even if it's fake.
Once towards the end of a session things got too heated and my partner (for the hour) was feeling too hot or something and decided to remove her wig which resulted in me looking at a baldish head! Omfg!!! I was out of there like a sputnick

To add to this, I also feel there is a difference between a shemale/transsexual and a crossdresser. As 786dadzn says:
Feminine features and curves are needed in my opinion as well. And a lovely personality like Leila B has. I was once with someone who was more of a "just a thin dude in a dress with long hair". It felt...weird...during and afterwards. But with someone who "passes", both physically and the vibe check like Leila B, it felt natural. If only I didn't live so far while I was in SA, I would have visited her much more!
Of course, everyone has their own opinion and lived experiences.
