Continental Spa - need some feedack

I want to try the Continental Spa but I know little-to-nothing about the place. Words like 'infamous', 'drugs' and 'cops' get used a lot when speaking about it. So I'm remiss to just jump in.
Any feed back from you guys? I.e., the quality of the girls; is the venue clean and comfortable (I've hear you have to go at it on those shitty little massage tables); is it secure and and discrete?
If I go I'll post a review of my own (venue and girl(s))
