HPV shots - has anyone had them

HPV scares the bejesus out of me, are WG's and punters actively having the prevention shots or are we all just saying fuck throat / anus / vaginal cancer and just going at it, it's pretty scary that there is not test for males and this thing...

I have had it, as a Male insurance does not cover it but it wasn't too bad... 87 Euro only.
I figure since I really enjoy having dinner at the Y and that I like being protected it was a really easy and simple choice.
It is my personal opinion that it should be mandatory with teenagers like getting the MMR as a kid.
