I have the bras to prove it. If you look back at the old pic sets in white and the cerise, those bra's are 40Gs. When I found them I bought both cos its a a very difficult size to find at an affordable price. And I'm spilling over a bit. I'm probably a 42G now. I have gained a few kilos. W/worths hasn't gotten G cups since then. So yes, I have some 40F,2 40G bras.
