The fact that it is close to the Gautrain station is good enough.

I often thought of Gautrain from Park Station to Pretoria on a weekend for punting but I find it unappealing. If its weekdays the traffic is a fucking nightmare in the afternoons but I still prefer sitting in my own car. I did pay a shit load of money to experience german comfort afterall.
