But, johnd, the key is knowing her well, so my hunch is that your 'decent punt' said No on that occasion, or charged whatever amount?
As per her usual Nadia sums it up honest and clear, if you've got a good rapport with her then anything is possible.

Your intention for taking a girl for lunch is more important. Taking a girl for lunch on a friendship basis is fine, but if you think it will lead to a "relationship" and does not go well with the WG, you become that "stalker guy" the WG avoids!

On a recent visit to ct after a visit to a girl we went for dinner and drinks. Dinner was on me and she paid for drinks. Its all about customer service. Next time i will book her again.
