Truvada is not a drug to be messed with or taken outside of controlled conditions and prescribed quantities. The most common side effects that are found in people taking Truvada include: diarrhea, nausea, extreme tiredness, severe headache, dizziness, depression, problems sleeping, abnormal dreams, and rash. More serious side effects include: severe liver and kidney disease in patients that have underlying disease in these organs, worsening of Hepatitis condition, suicide, etc., etc.
