ESA New Video Inquiry

Good Day Esa Staff
On Thursday the 12th of November I was as at Esa Head office for a new Video and gallery photos. I have been trying to contact ESA head office but I can't seem to get through on the phone lines. My gallery photos are reflecting but unfortunately the video isn't yet. Please advise when it will be visible.

Dear Savanna,
Our phone lines are open from 8am - 8pm weekdays and 9am to 2pm on Saturdays we have a reception that has 6 phone lines connected and there is always someone able to answer a call, You also have the option of leaving a message which we automatically receive in our emails I checked our system and there were no missed calls from you.
The person that deals with the gallery & video shoots will be in at 12 and I will have him attend to your query asap.

I apologize for the delay in uploading of your video, Your video is now visible on the front page.
Our phone lines are quieter this time of year so you shouldn't have any problems getting through.
