I remember Sean or the other guy saying he was locked in a legal battle over the name "Divine", which is why the website was down for so long.
It would seem the other guy won, since the website is listing the address for the "old" Divine.
To be honest, the name Divine doesn't matter nearly as much as the name Sean. If he's running a new place, people will come based on his reputation.
