To the venue owners
You lot should begin monitoring the people answering your calls.
Rude, short off responses immediately turn us away.
I would suggest taking the phone a couple of times a month and looking at the WhatsApp messages to give you an indication how your receptionists are communicating with potential clients.

I am a venue owner and have been for 9 years.
I have always made a point of answering the phone and responding to text messages on Whatsapp, Telegram and SMS myself, unless I was unavailable for some reason.
I have never had a receptionist as I have heard stories about the favoritism that takes place when they befriend some of the girls.
Maybe I am a bit of a control freak.. but I believe that if you want something done right, you do it yourself.
The phone is our introduction to our prospective clients and this is our first chance to shine.

Then you must get the tag as a venue owner if your venue is listed on esa.
