There is so much Peace and power when living in the present...

It's this here now moment that matter's the past and the future are both traps.

As I saw with the hurricane in Ballito yesterday... Don't put off doing something whilst you can (i.e., "I'll go all-into the Ocean tomorrow")....

Ps. I did say goodbye to the beautiful, majestic Deep today - wet and sandy feet in car all the way to Pretoria (Whoop whoop) xxx

PS. Distancing from Anger (Delay in acting) is however advisable ;)

Hi kingkk, while I agree that I would want to leave behind a good name (especially for my loved ones to be proud of, I do realise how fickle many people are and how their opinion of you gets swayed as they might not gain from you what they want.

I love to live my life with integrity, not solely for a good name, but my conscience dictates this ontegral part of who I am. "Do unto others what you would have them do to you" is my driving force.

In the words of Marcus Aurelius:" I have often wondered how it is that every man loves himself more than all the rest of men, but yet sets less value on his own opinion of himself than on the opinion of others."

I pray that those I love most do know who I am and what they meant to me.
