Review subject location update

Hi,
I've noticed that the location of the first review stays in the topic no matter how many times the lady moves while each review has the location at time of review.
This is problematic as we often open reviews with a title stating a close location with the intention of making a booking only to discover that the person is in another city or province even.
On the other hand, I skip past one that says somewhere far away since I think I won't be able to pursue it anyway yet the wg has moved down the road.
Can the title reflect the current location while each review maintains the location at the time?
